HIATUS

OMG my brother's handphone can read out his messages to him!!! XD

Hehehehe. No, don't ask me what i'm Hehehehe-ing about. Because I don't know.

Been racking up my brain trying to figure out what to post as my Facebook status. I do that a lot, because number one, i have this pathological need to express myself. Number two, i want said expression to be accurate.

Oh man. Mum's around. I'm expecting a sudden offline from the net. Anytime now.

Anyway, I tend to write something in the status post box (in Facebook), only to delete it and rewrite it again. And again. I try my best to put in it a way that can describe me with NO LOOPHOLES.

For example, I had wanted to put this up:

"People say I'm 'creative'. I'm thinking, that's only because they like what I created."

My point is that the only times people praise me for my so-called 'creativity' are the times when my creations turn out pretty. It doesn't matter if the prettiness was not what I had intended to create in the first place. It's pretty? It's 'creative'.

But I didn't post it up because it'll be stabbing some innocent people who really said I was creative because my creation was, in their opinion, original. Also, it sounds rather self-pompous. :S

Some other 'facts' about me that I think needs clarification:

1. I'm sweet- on the outside.

Yeah, I'm the bubbly, blurry, shy, nice little girl out there. But if you hang out with me often, you'll notice an occasional 'slip of tongue', an impolite impulse, maybe, or impatience over something trivial. I'm a paranoid, bitter, cold old lady on the inside- worse if left with the computer and an internet line when I'm feeling moody. My blogs serves as a testament to that.

2. I'm smart- HAHAHAHAHA.

I only have a more extensive vocabulary than most in KKHS, and that is NOT saying something because when compared with students from La Salle and All Saints I'm a total embarrassment. Good vocabulary- and a SHOCKING omgwthbbq God-had-pity-on-me major examination result- tricked people into thinking that I'm intelligent, relatively speaking. Cookie what I have right here: Biology- FAILED. Chemistry- FAILED. Additional Mathematics- TRIPLE FAILED.

3. I'm fat- oh, wait, I am fat.

God bless me and my insatiable appetite for good food. Eating is like one of my biggest joys in life, and it doesn't help that I have lazy taste buds either because that means almost anything that isn't grossly inedible can pass through my pharynx.

Recently my mum's lost a lot of weight, so everytime we meet people they're like, "WHOA! SHE'S BIGGER THAN HER MUM!"

My only consolation is that I have a pretty nice bone frame, and if my mum can slim down so much, chances are I can too (Except for the small bulge in my tummy. I think I inherited that from dear ol' daddy. My younger brother has it too.).

4. I don't like pink- when it's on me or anything that I use.

I like pink. It's a very sweet color, and one of the most powerful colors, in my opinion, because it seldom fails to 'sweeten' things up. But I don't use it on myself, especially when it comes to my clothes. True, I have a pink newsboy cap but that's because I can't find another cap of a better color with the same style. I don't like pink on me because it 'sweetens' me up and, in MY opinion, makes me 'one of the crowd-o-fangirls'.

5. Piano Grade 7- not very impressive.

Despite learning Grade 7 right now, I have not much talent whatsoever for this piece of popular instrument. People normally go "WHOA" when they hear about it but truth is, nothing beats certificates like true passion. :)

Alright, I have to go back to revision. I don't know whether I'll regret posting this up later, but if I do, I'll probably just drag it into the 'Lessons' category of life, like I do with every bad/not so good experience.

No time to highlight, color, change font size and color stuff here because I have to offline now or risk having my parents nag me about 'NO MORE YI SIA ZI YI SIA ZI!!"
